Added fuel efficiency after modification
This was not a perfect replacement for my 2015 Jeep Patriot 2.0L engine. If you put it on the air intake, it may be 1/2 inch longer due to some loose plastic support tips built into the air cleaner housing. I ran the Dremel tool over the spikes for a few minutes. After that he was great. Immediately after installation I felt like my little 2.0 had more flash. My average gas mileage went from 26 to 27.5 (80% highway). Some people say K&N filters have a whiny sound, but I haven't noticed a difference.
