I like that it's compact and folds up when it's empty - way easier to carry around than my normal stainless steel water bottle. I've used it for a couple months and the plastic taste is still present. I've sent their customer service an email and they replied promptly and gave me some suggestions that I tried and I still taste plastic. Customer service offered to replace it and I might end up taking them up on that offer, but I'd like to see if the plastic taste will disappear. But.maybe that's just what you get when you drink out of a plastic water bottle - I'll update in the future.
