I like to use them for manicures, makes it easier to remove polish from the side of the skin next to the nail after polish if the polish gets on the surface of the skin, Easier than using a regular cotton pad as there was no dot in it so a regular cotton swab would also wipe nail polish off the actual nail, they don't because of the dot.
