Inefficient and always confusing.

Such a smart product but not effective. The item is quite heavy and after about an hour of wearing it usually falls forward from the neck due to the weight causing actual necklaces/pendants to become tangled and sometimes fall apart. Perhaps the product is better for shorter/heavier necklaces, but not for layering anything even remotely dainty.
