This solution provided easy integration with SAP Business One for ERP systems using OData services which was one thing I've disliked about other softwares in this field like NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (MSDCO). It's very simple when it comes down installing such kindof software as MSO Cloud Integration Server compared to others where you need more expertise and resources but not necessary if having good technical knowledge/skillset. The support team has been really helpful whenever they were asked queries regarding my project implementation from client side and also during after deployment phase - even though there might be some minor issues here & then still its great experience working through them till resolution!
