I absolutely love my egg poachers! They are very easy to use and just a quick wipe, and they are clean and ready to go again. These cook beautifully. I was worried that they may tip over while the water in the pan was boiling because they do tend to float around a bit, but they do not tip. When cooking is done, the egg slides right out with no problem onto your plate. They are also nice because they are stackable and take very little room in the cabinet. Unlike a poaching pan. Would recommend these to anyone looking for egg poachers.
