They will leak no matter what you do
Even if these bags don't rupture, they will run into the bin. I couldn't figure out why my house smelled like garbage, even though I regularly clean up the kitchen waste. Well, it turns out that these bags contain almost no liquid. I'm not saying I put a glass of water in it, I'm saying I threw away some old strawberries and they flowed into my trash can, although I took the trash out the next day.
