I originally ordered 6500k clear lenses. The light color and brightness were great, but they created weird color patterns on everything. I sent them back and ordered matte lenses for 4500k. The color of the light is nice (although I prefer 6400k and I also work as a lighting repair/installer so I have considerable experience with what different lights look like) and with frosted lenses objects don't have unsightly color patterns and my pendant shines better. than i expected. The switches are a little touchy but I usually use a wall switch for the main area and the price is very reasonable. What an improvement over the LED bulbs I installed a few years ago. Initial 1-star rating for clear lenses: Odd colors of brown and magenta projected onto everything in my trailer make objects look dirty or odd. This is unacceptable. I was hoping it would be as bad as the other reviewers said, but they weren't exaggerating. Matte lids would be better.
