I've seen a few complaints about no screws, anyway I rarely use the screws that come with the hardware (you have to choose screws based on the material you use) so it's not a problem for me. I actually had a bad slide out of 20 BUT it's $8 for a set, $8 for a set of self-closing/soft-closing slides! (By comparison, a set of 22" self-closing/soft-closing slides currently costs $21 at my local hardware store.) These are quality slides and you can't beat the price. EDIT: I was about to try using the 'bad' slide in a project and upon inspection it had a crease at the top which caused the rollers to bind. (probably fell out on delivery). So I actually didn't have a single bad slide, but a DAMAGED one.
