They are good value for money but we had (2) defective sets, (1) we were able to use although a couple of ball bearings fell out while another was unusable after opening and once close, all the ball bearings flew everywhere! They work very well but not for heavy loads. We have to help close the crate that contains 7 bottles of juice and chips. Who do I contact to get new slides?

I've seen a few complaints about no screws, anyway I rarely use the screws that come with the hardware (you have to choose screws based on the material you use) so it's not a problem for me. I actually had a bad slide out of 20 BUT it's $8 for a set, $8 for a set of self-closing/soft-closing slides! I've been in the boating business for over 30 years. The pandemic has led to a sharp increase in prices for local providers. I bought 20 pairs of 22" and 10 pairs of 18". Although the slide that attaches to the drawer itself is a bit lighter than the others, it works great. The lack of mounting screws wasn't a problem as local vendors don't have screws either. The only time you'll get drawer slide screws is if you buy from the big stores and pay $20 for a pair compared to the $8.90 I paid here.
