They are good value for money but we had (2) defective sets, (1) we were able to use although a couple of ball bearings fell out while another was unusable after opening and once close, all the ball bearings flew everywhere! They work very well but not for heavy loads. We have to help close the crate that contains 7 bottles of juice and chips. Who do I contact to get new slides?
