I bought this bag as a 'personal item' in flight. It was perfect. It fits my Microsoft Surface and all my usual wallet items without being too bulky. The handles also fit my carry handle perfectly and the bag stayed on top of my carry on without falling off while walking. There are several internal compartments, both zipped and unzipped, and two external zipped compartments. Lots of storage space. I use it every day as a work bag. Love it!
