I will come back and refuse if the product is worse than I think it is now. It's beautiful, fits perfectly and is clearly fixed in the holder along with the phone. The belt clip is very strong and secure which is what I need as a professional photographer with my iphone on my belt. If I were being overly critical, I'd say I'm not 100 percent liking the feel of the Surface, but it's picky. They're designed to be grippy, but not overly grippy, so - without a holster - they can slip easily into a trouser pocket. Or in my case, when I go to the gym, I leave the holster in my locker and tuck my phone into my gym shorts, which clip to my gym headphones so I can listen to audiobooks or music while I work out.
