My dentist drew my attention to this product and I have been using Sulcabrush for quite some time now. It reaches behind the molars where even the smallest toothbrush cannot reach. I sometimes use it after regular brushing with a regular toothbrush and floss because it penetrates below the gumline for a more precise cleaning.
