It's a little hard to see in the photo but I plugged this cable into the USB port on my Sony receiver and instead of hanging the cable down the usual way is this square so i can slide it down and then under the receiver and into the lightning cable to my iphone which i use as a jukebox cd. I have hundreds of CDs stored in my phone and I just look for a CD image and I can play it. I can even pause, stop and skip to the next song with my Sony receiver remote control. Great cable. You also get two of each variety.
