I used these to light up the pathway on the side of my house, turned out great. Was easy to unravel the lights and just laid them down and they are amazing. They are whiter than incandescent so be advised of that; we compared both and liked incandescent better to be honest. The remotes worked fine but I think some people mistake the remotes not working with not installing the controller on the power line; if you leave that off the remote won’t work of course. Curious as to how much life I will get out of them.can also be used for other outdoor applications like around trees etc.I plan to do that next. I will say we moved these lights around 4 different times and I though I might break them but nope. Hopefully this durability lasts for years.
