Item received but not working properly

Item received on 7th March 2013, appears to be a previously returned item. Power cable in the package without connecting cable, according to the plastic removal instructions, there is no plastic in the battery and the remote control does not work. There are duplicates on the product packaging. piss off!

It doesn't play dvd's for more than 30 mins. It froze on a DVD that I had just bought. hate it!
