NO break, but still great!
I have used these in a litter of 5 foster puppies aged 5-9 weeks and they have worked great. I ended up using 8 collars between five puppies because they chewed a little so buy more! The only complaint I have is that they don't come loose like I thought when I bought them, just regular plastic quick release buckles (though not particularly strong buckles). Overall I am very happy with the value for money and they fit perfectly as first time collars for my adoptive parents!
