There is a lot of competition with LED aquarium lights so I would do some research before buying but I will say what it's worth, it's thinner than a wider aquarium light and can be submerged in water. .I prefer wider LED aquarium lights that mount on top of the aquarium glass dome because you have more space to illuminate in the aquarium, but these aquarium lights are designed to be submersible in water and I think that's an advantage for those who are would like such LED lamps for aquariums. I don't see any problems with the Lominie Submersible LED Aquarium Light product and I give it a thumbs up!
