The phone performs well. The screen fell and shattered during the first few of days of use as a natural consequence of the circumstances that transpired. Of course I was angry, but I didn't let it bother me very much because I knew I could always change my mind later. As a direct consequence of this, after roughly half a year the phone suddenly stopped charging and switched itself off. Delivered to the servicing location specified in the warranty's terms and conditions. To put it gently, the fact that the phone does not charge in a paid one was the reason why the warranty repair was rejected, even though it was claimed that there was a crack on the screen. Relationships matter more than monetary gain in this situation. No one will get a recommendation from me for the items of this brand until they tell me what they think of the service. This is terrifying. The product itself is of high quality, however the customer service is subpar.
