Hope this review helps others looking for a night collar for walking etc. Cons: First, the collar is so ribbed when unwrapped/unwrapped and doesn't take any shape on the dog's neck. Not smooth Secondly, the buckle is very cheaply made as it is very difficult to open the collar. Release just doesn't work well. It's unsafe in my opinion. Third in color. It's definitely not the blue, which I hope was bright as in the photo. You can hardly see it when you go for a walk or when the dog goes potty outside just to see it, it's just barely visible. Flashing or steady Fourth, the function of switching from flashing to steady is difficult. No smooth transition. Pros: The paint has a beautiful design. Charging is via USB, which comes with the cable. Hope that helps.
