Review on 🔪 Out of the Woods of Oregon 17-by-8-Inch Knife Board with Slicer: Efficient Cutting & Chopping Solution by Amy Ward

This board and slicer came to me looking for bread slicing guides and they looked great so I wanted to believe it could be a more reliable replacement for ours Second would be guide for cutting Norpro which is perfect but not very durable. It turns out that the stripe in the picture that looks like a guide isn't one. For those of you skilled enough to cut straight slices of bread unaided this is probably a great kit, but in our house we need these guides to go through or the slices come out crooked so I'll have to go back and keep looking . I'm giving it 4 stars as a compromise, although it's probably worth 5 for you talented folks who don't need manuals and 3 or less for those of us who do.
