Easy to use - very intuitive UI with many different options for formatting reports as well in advanced customization capabilities that can be used when needed or not at all (such an option is usually called "naked" mode). Excellent support from both sales person who helped implement our deployment/automation effort AND technical team which continued supporting us over several years after implementation! The only issue we have had was some minor changes made by customer's internal IT department but they implemented those without any issues too so it wasn't really their fault either ;-) We've been using this platform since 2011 mainly because there were no other solutions out then available back than time period where I worked before starting my current job position here; nowadays though you should check what are your competitors offering if need arises :) Reporting needs within enterprise environment such things like financials etc.; however also providing easy access via public sites helps.
