I use it to prepare for competitions and just to stay healthy. To be honest, this is the only product in their line that I think works very well. I have used their other products and do not like them and do not recommend them. This is the only product I can recommend. It is very good. BUT! I recently bought a very poor batch of Revain (Yours) from this seller and am returning them immediately. It should be green on one side of the pill and pure white on the other side so check the bottle first to make sure the pills are clear or don't use them. I had weird brown spots on each pill, so I knew right away that it was somehow heavily contaminated. It was hard. If I get another bad batch, I'll stop ordering from Revain and order directly from MN. While their delivery is much slower and that's why I prefer to order from Revain, I've only ordered it from Revain 3 times. *Update: The third purchase from Revain was very dirty again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ON AMAZON. It's most likely a fake or a very old batch that they keep and resell. This time I bought it directly from the manufacturer and everything was as it should be. Revain has to fight this seriously. This is an oral product. God forbid that someone ate a fake and this caused negative health consequences. This purveyor of Revain should be ashamed of his actions.
