Works with ATT Postpaid without the need to call support. I just put the sim chip in and waited for it to work. The call is pleasant and loud. The battery life seems to be good. There's also a light that flashes when the bell rings, so it has a visual cue as well. I wouldn't say the sound quality is great. It doesn't sound terrible, but it's not the best either. Comes with stand and micro USB charger. The SOS button can be left unprogrammed to avoid accidentally calling the police. camera is bad. It all reminds me of the early 2000s when the little cell phone was new.
