Terrible customer service
We've had our pump for a year and a half - we turned it on and it broke - call Revain and they said it had a 5 year warranty - call the manufacturer and they said because we didn't buy directly through them because there was no guarantee - the support person was very rude - so we have to buy a new pump and end up at $440.00 - warning / never buy a gould pump - if that - something will happen to your pump - they don't stand for what they advertise
