I have a DSi and after a few years of waiting I finally upgraded to a 3DS. Too many great games to last long. To be honest, I really wanted Zelda XL. I was really torn. However, I don't have a lot of disposable income, and logic dictated that I really shouldn't spend anywhere near the retail cost of two additional games on Zelda. I'm a little confused, but it won't be long. The M&LDT edition is really awesome up close, and while Zelda is my favorite franchise, Mario comes second. Also, I may not have bought M&LDT on my own, and since a copy of A Link Between Worlds was a must-have, it was almost like a free game. Also, offering Nintendo Club Pokemon X or Y this month was a nice bonus as I haven't played a Pokemon game in years. The preinstalled stuff looks fun, although I haven't tried it yet. Nintendo enthusiasts, even those who think they can't access handhelds, will find something to enjoy on the 3DS. And I'm really glad I went with the XL as my DSi looks pretty pathetic in comparison. I also really like the Bravely Default demo. And I don't really play JRPGs, apart from a few Final Fantasy titles. Of course, reviews often see them as similar, maybe that's why I find them so interesting and attractive. Be sure to check it out if Final Fantasy is kind of to your liking. Good luck and have fun playing!
