Review on Energup 40V Lithium Replacement Battery Compatible With Greenworks G-MAX 29462, 29252, 20202, 22262, 25312, 25322, 20642, 22272, 27062, And 21242 - Not Suitable For Gen 1 Models by Mohammed Prude

Used battery for the first time today. Two things are very wrong. 1) The biggie. Battery ran hot. Upon removal I noticed it was very HOT; outdoor temperature was 65degF. The battery I received has no cooling vents/holes like you see in the pictures. Absolutely ZERO cooling vents. I suspect this battery's life will therefore be short and on hot summer days will prematurely shutdown due to overheating. 2) The latch is designed downward sloping and therefore your finger slides off and cannot grip the latch. Because of this, you cannot press the latch and pull on it with a single hand to remove the battery. It takes two hands! One to push latch and one to pull the battery. This is hard to do in my weed trimmer. Now I need three hands or use my knees to hold the weed trimmer while removing the battery with two hands.BEWARE, the battery I received does NOT match the Revain advertised battery. False advertising, do NOT buy from this vendor!UPDATE: Vendor contacted me about my above review. They tried to be helpful and offered me "fixes". They ultimately offered me a new second battery at no cost. Wow, they were trying to make me happy - that's very good. HOWEVER, when the next battery arrived it was the same as the first battery (see attached pictures). No "thermal cooling vents" as they advertise. Again this is NOT the product in the Revain pictures nor the product I thought I was buying. It is a cheaper knockoff with the problems I explained above. Bummer!
