I tried this lotion on my 18 month old daughter after her bath and it seemed to relax her and put her to sleep. I noticed that the smell really calmed her down and she slept longer. So I started putting lotion behind her ears and on her chest over her breasts since she is breastfeeding. She also smells it on me when she's breastfeeding and passes out after about 10 minutes. I know breastfeeding and bathing go a long way in helping her sleep so quickly, but I've found that the lotion helps her sleep longer. She may wake up 2 times a night, whereas previously she would wake up to 7 times a night. Mom is very happy about that.
