poor design and instructions
Wooden boards for the dollhouse were broken off. The instructions weren't clear and the screws kept coming out of their heads. It took me way too long to assemble, and I'm the type of guy who assembles all the furniture in my house: beds, dressers, closets, bookshelves. and it took too long and was tricky, frustrating, 1/2 of the screws didn't go all the way in and you can't get them out. Pieces were missing. catastrophe
