Hard to install if your ceiling and box are not perfectly flat.

It was easy to wire up, but with the light flush to the ceiling the metal tabs that hold it to the bracket would not slide in. I think my ceiling might have the slightest bit of a curve to it. I thought the installation method was really slick until it took me 20 minutes to install it 6 times. I wish that I had bought the equivalent light from Home Depot. They go up in seconds with no hassle and have the same shape and look as this light.3-stars because once installed, it looks nice and works.
