Wife insisted on winter studded tires (we live on Lake Erie) so now we have two sets for her car, one of which I had to keep. Even though they are below our deck I didn't want to expose them to the elements and thought this would be the perfect solution. Their tires are from a 2011 Subaru Legacy for reference, and they fit easily, with plenty of extra material to tuck under the bottom tires. When I opened them earlier this summer I found that they were completely dry as expected. The TireHide material isn't very thick, but it doesn't need to be either. It covers four tires well and keeps them dry. I made sure to pull the cord and it worked out fine. If you plan to store tires outside this would be a great product. I still recommend putting them under something (like below deck) if possible, but it works great even if you store them indoors.
