Tastes good and has lots of protein for people who like to build muscle. I gave up on myself because I realized I had a torn rotator cuff, but if not, this is one of the best products out there. I did a little research and I think some people have said that you want "isolate" because it's a healthier alternative to standard protein powders, which I don't think are as valuable. I love the brand name and the packaging, it makes me feel good. This seems like a premium product if you're having trouble getting your protein. I'm not sure how the diet works. I don't even get up anymore.
