I was a bit skeptical about ordering hats online but loved the look, price and got two! so i decided to do it. I opened the package and was pleasantly surprised at how nicely packaged their product is, they care about getting it to you. The hats were in a zipped storage bag that can be reused for summer storage. I put this hat on my head, it didn't sit tight anywhere on my head and covered my ears. I've worn it to coffee and worn it all the time, it didn't overheat me and was so comfortable I didn't even know it was there! I am very happy with my hats.
