I bought this wall mount to hang a Sharp 32" LCD TV (LC32D62) in my bedroom. I could have used a standard bezel on the back of the TV with a wall mount plate but I wanted easier access to the back of the TV and the wall mounts (plugs and video jacks. This mount is unique in that you can tilt your TV down until it is completely horizontal (90 degrees from the wall). This gave me full access to work behind the TV and on the wall The actual installation of the mount was as simple as can be: 1) find the studs, 2) pre-drill holes for the screws, 3) screw in the screws, 4 ) Center the bracket on the shaft and 5) Hang the TV on the bracket It took about 20-30 minutes so easy oh as possible. I give this mount 5 stars for its easy installation and unique flexibility to allow access to the back of the TV and the wall.
