Frustrated with false eyelashes and glue

I use Ardell 113 false eyelashes a lot and ordered them here instead of buying them from the regular store to save time. Unfortunately the first set I used had the sections ripped off on both sides when I took it out of the box (I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, I use the strips daily and have never had this problem). Other than that, they seem to be the same ones I usually buy at my local makeup store.
