Easy to install and a big improvement over my Dell Inspiron 13-7378.

Easy to install. All you have to do is unscrew the back of the laptop and gently pry off the back. Using a plastic card like a credit card will help detach the backing. I used an opening pick and started with the hinge where there is little space between the back panel and the laptop. I carefully inserted the picture of the guitar between the back panel and the laptop to separate them. Move the pickaxe around the entire perimeter until the back part comes loose. Then just slide the old RAM's hinges apart and it should just pop out. Remove the old RAM and put in the new one. For those who are installing the program for the first time, there are videos that can help with the installation. When installing, my only advice is: don't try to bring it close to the computer. Insert them at an angle into the slot, and then press down until they click into place.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging
