I'm a bartender and use this occasionally at work because it's fun to play with or show off to guests (it looks cool for tips too). It only opens the bottom on one side and it usually takes two tries to close it on the right side. If they fix it I'll probably buy more and rate it higher. I've been using it for about a month and I have a feeling it will last a little longer.
