Review on 🎶 Nagaoka MP-150H MM Cartridge with MP Type Shell - High-Quality Audio Cartridge from Japan by Kenny Sarma

In terms of diminishing returns, the MP-150 strikes me as the best spot in the Nagaoka line. It has a nice balanced sound (warmer than many AT carts but very detailed), great looks and wonderful tracks. With this cartridge, the IGD doesn't work at all for me (the MP-110 has bits in parts). The stylus isn't all that exotic: a 0.4 x 0.7 elliptical diamond on a tapered aluminum cantilever, but tracking is improved over the MP-110. With. On some turntables (Technics in particular) the cartridge overhangs quite a bit over the end of the headshell due to protrusion requirements for certain orientations. In some cases it may be a little short. The head case included in this kit is slightly longer and some weight removed to compensate. I was able to achieve any alignment I wanted with no problem.
