Ring fell apart in bathroom fixtures
We have had this ring for about 10 months now and it is very rarely used in the guest bathroom. The arms have stretched out of the ring, and now it hangs at an angle with a hole at the top. I try to get my hands back to the top of the ring and they just pop back out. All of the other Gatco Bleu items we installed in the bathroom are solidly built and hold their shape perfectly. I'm disappointed in this towel ring and want to keep it like everything else.
