First off, this is a pretty decent skeleton. He seems to pose fairly easily and the flexible bar in his spine makes it pretty easy for the skeleton to pose and will maintain his position. There is one notable difference between the photos and the real product: the extra nerves that extend from the spine. This detail is reflected in the description text on the manufacturer's website, but not in the photo. I didn't care about the nerves, but luckily after an hour I was able to more or less pull them out with needle nose pliers. Some parts of the structure are fragile. The paddle is bolted to the ribs, however the bolts are almost as thick as the ribs themselves, so the connection is very weak. My shoulder blade broke off on the first day, probably because I wasn't aware of the fragility of this part. I think I can glue it back pretty easily so it doesn't really matter, just be careful. The metal parts that connect the legs to the hips can also be easily bent. In short, handle it with care. Finally, be careful when disassembling as no instruction manual is included. I took the head off and am not sure I put it back together correctly. In hindsight, I should have taken a picture of my phone when I took it apart, but it's a bit late for that. All of these issues are fairly minor. Overall it looks like a good product and with proper care it seems like it will last a while.
