Massive step backwards. off the cliff

I have an aging 933 and got it for an "upgrade" no. I made an honest attempt, tried different settings and settings, I even waited for a refund until the last possible minute, but sent it back, I did. man it sucks. Start with a wireless dongle. it's not exactly the same. The 933 can be used with any stereo source and is wireless. The dongle had a 3.5mm jack and streamed audio to the headphones. The ability to use them wirelessly with a stereo source disappeared. The jack is now on the headphones so they have to be plugged in directly to get stereo sources. it almost feels like a lateral movement to me. I was hoping they would allow the HDMI mini jack to capture 7.1 surround sound, or have a 3.5mm digital input to get 5.1, but instead they just removed it entirely. Surround sound now sounds canned. I changed all the audio settings but it still sounded like $$. I thought dts-x was supposed to have an altitude like Atmos, but either it doesn't, or this headset doesn't have that ability (and I've even tried Atmos sources). There is supposedly a way to get Atmos to work, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Of course, dts-x never did that. but even if Atmos would work, it would be via Windows Atmos, which is pretty limited. If you don't use an atmospheric sound source, it's just stereo and doesn't work at all in MR. The software (Hub g) does not save surround settings. So you have to adjust your speakers every time you reboot. and there is still no data transfer on yusb. it's still just power
