Not a perfect fit for my opinion

I purchased this wet suit top CD6127095 twice.the first time size M and it was too snug so I reordered a size Large. and the first time I used it - the bottom rolls over and up my torso. So it appears to be a little too big through the waist and hips.but fits perfectly on top part of torso. It is well made and I am a little disappointed that it isn't a perfect fit. Especially after trying twice!
