mats a little thicker than my previous ones. hopefully this means a longer lifespan. They worked as advertised. Roast some chicken breasts on the grill and they flipped them over with these mats with no problem. They also prevent the edges of the chicken (or selected food) from burning too much, while still transmitting enough heat to cook properly (with grill marks). pretty easy to clean, just let it soak a bit first and it will all come off right away (if you let the 'residue' on the mat cure you can flex the mat and most of it will come off with minimal effort - just don't fold or crease the mat). overall very satisfied with the product. They appear to be a little more bang for the buck than the ones I used to buy which was a nice treat. Make sure you read the instructions first, especially about time limits etc. I'm glad I bought 2 packs, I may need more to give as gifts!
