My Rans V-Rex recumbent bike has hamster handlebars. The bars work very well but don't have much room to install accessories. I used this nice accessory mount to add extra space for a bike computer and headlamp. I've attached a picture of my bike, you can see the headlight well above the handlebars and it's held by the Minoura accessory mount. The bike computer is harder to see, but it's there too. I was worried the yoke wouldn't hold tight, but with a small rubber washer I made by cutting the tubing, the yoke's adjustability was just enough to make it rock. Celebration. It's usually a good idea to use washers on anything you mount to your bike, as this will protect your bike's finish and give your clamps something to bump against, holding them in place more securely. The cylinder on which the accessory is mounted can be rotated. so the mount can be used on vertical or horizontal rails. Or rods that are at an angle due to possible rotation at one of the joints. The mounting cylinder can be moved back and forth a little, allowing you to create two equally sized mounting surfaces, or one very large and one much smaller surface if that is useful for the accessory you want.
