I find the Wyze Cam Pan to be one of the best and most economical products in this category. I also think their app is elegant and very functional. I have four houses in different states and I can keep track of all houses with one application. Unfortunately, the Wyze Cam doesn't have a dedicated outdoor model. I decided to try this screen protector and placed three units near my home in Nebraska. All Wyze Cam Pans were installed under some shelter, but Nebraska winters can be pretty harsh. I'm sure this protective case will last, but will Wyze Cams last? The protective cover and wall mount work great and are easy to install. For those new to this process, Wyze Cams require a constant power supply, so you will need access to a 110V power source. In one of my setups, I drilled a 1/2" hole in the wall of the house behind the camera and then powered the Wyze Cam through the hole while it was mounted to the wall. It works great and I sealed the hold with silicone. Will update post after winter.
