This backpack has a laptop sleeve, larger main compartment, and smaller compartment with a zipped pocket and slots for pens, phone, and other incidentals. Since the smaller pocket only covers half of the backpack's height, I wish that it was longer (entire length of backpack) or that there was a second small pocket under it. This bag is not a bag for you if you are in college. This bag is my third North Face Jester Backpack but my first women's version. The two unisex Jester bags I have are perfect. I purchased this bag wanting to change up a bit and get a black bag. Not knowing I would sacrifice so much space.I've used this backpack for less than a week for school( sophomore in college 4th day of classes), and the chest straps( that I do not use) are already showing significant signs of ware not to mention the bag

In love with this backpack. Not the most lightweight, but I love how sturdy it is and how comfortable the straps are. It never got uncomfortable. Lots more space than you’d expect and the drink pockets are huge, I love that they can hold a large water bottle. The backpack is pretty, but a tad smaller than anticipated. Not sure it will hold all my daughter's school supplies, Chromebook, lunchbox and water bottle, but she's determined to make it work.

Before I headed off to college, I wanted to get a backpack that was practical both for carrying books around but could also be functional for travel and outdoor adventures. i liked how big it is. and in my opinion less pockets is better. i’m always losing things so having less little pockets for things is great. the backpack has about four or five little pockets of various sizes for smaller things. overall it’s a awesome bag

This backpack is nice and good quality, but it is too small. There is only one large pocket and that is also where the laptop sleeve is. The other pocket is small and for little stuff to go in. Not ideal for camping/travel or even for school or work.

This is made of great quality, the color is adorable but does not hold as much as I thought it would. My daughter is in 8th grade and with books and laptop, she has to hold her bottle and lunch, not everything fits which is disappointing for the price of this bag.

It’s a good backpack! Definitely over priced. And I can fit a Chromebook, two binders, an agenda, two books, a beauty bag, and a poncho very tightly!

Color is grey on grey - the light grey appears to be a dirty white, I wish it was more of an obvious grey. The bag is nice I wish it was just slightly larger.Would buy again in different color.
