The pockets are only 16 inches deep and 17.5 inches wide. They are NOT suitable for large motorcycle helmets. They are ideal for bicycle or small motorcycle helmets. The good thing is that they have a soft material inside and are versatile. It comes with a drawstring, but the rope closure mechanism is not factory installed. You need to untie the knot and put it on the string yourself.
