Get what you pay for.

I needed something last minute for a spur of the moment graduation party. This was inexpensive and would arrive on time. One of the 2s had a slash through it so I had to tape it up because I didn't have time to return/replace. The confetti balloons were cheap material and I was worried they would pop if I blew them up too much or rubbed them to get the confetti to go elsewhere. The gold balloons had something in them that you could hear when they moved around. They worked for what they needed to do after I fixed the 2.
