This is my first non-OEM GoPro cage. I had concerns about the installation, but I bought the Telesin ND filters and I really like them. So I decided to try this cage. This body frame is well designed and very light. Whether you plan on vlogging or just use it in combination with a GoPro Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter, it adds almost no weight. There is also a cold shoe mount and they include an optional cold shoe mount that can be used as a spacer or other product. Top left front red flashing recording LED, power button, recording start/stop button and port sliding door are available. The back door provides access to the LCD display, closes, and has a small latch to prevent accidental movement. Another detail: the cage protects the lens cap when placed face down. Excellent purchase!
